When you place an order via this web site the following will happen

• On receipt of the order you will receive an automated email with the Subject Line 'Order Confirmation'. This simply means your order has been received and is waiting for Processing. Please check your details as listed in the email are correct.
• When you order is processed, if all is ok, you will receive an email with the Subject Line 'Order Approved' . This means that your details including credit card are trouble free and that the item is available and waiting on Dispatch.
• When you order is dispatched it is sent via Australia Post. Processing and Dispatch and normally take place within 14 days of Order Confirmation.
• If the details of your order are not ok, if for example your card details are incorrect, or the item is no longer available, not in stock, or a partial order only is available, then you will be contacted by email and advised.
